The CC has been formed by the Board of Directors of the Association for the purpose
of facilitating the fair and effective enforcement of such covenants, guidelines and restrictions as required under Florida Chapter 720 and the VEGCDA.

The mission of the MC is to monitor physical areas throughout the community needing attention. The goal is to maintain, preserve and improve the appearance of the entire community, including landscaping, entrances, signs and all common areas.

standards in VEGCDA and oversee the exterior modifications or changes of

The original charter was approved in December 2001 and has only changed in name
from the Recreation Committee to the Sports Complex Committee which
was approved by the Board in May 2004 to make it clear that our responsibilities
did not include all Association recreation facilities, such as those associated
with our Clubhouse and swimming pool. The purpose of the Sports Complex Committee
is to establish user ground rules, equipment and facility requirements and
operational guidelines required to use and maintain the Sports Facility located
in the Aberdeen neighborhood on Braywick Court.

Mission Statement: The Villa Committee is organized to research, evaluate,
develop and make recommendations to the Board on items that are the responsibility
of the Association that are unique only to villas, including roof replacement,
roof repairs, exterior painting, dwelling insurance and termite bonding.
The Villa Committee will also act as facilitator between the Board and the
villa communities to affect better communication and education of the important issues.

The WCC is charged with the responsibility of maintaining the Website, Newsletter
and E-mail Alert System for VEGCDA. The WCC will initiate incentives related to
information technology and communications and initiate any sub-committees
necessary to further the gathering or disbursement of information affecting the
residents of VEGCDA at the discretion of the Board of Directors. The WCC will
maintain criteria of the Website as posted in the Websites Guidelines/
Procedures dated July 3, 2007.
